Clinical Healthcare Support City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma

This course is ideal if you are currently working in healthcare and have some industry knowledge and skills, usually from a role in which you are supervised.

Course content

This qualification is delivered in the workplace and will consist of both mandatory and optional units.

The optional units will cover a range of specialisms, including:

  • Administration
  • Minimising the risks of spreading infection
  • Understanding mental health problems.

Assessment methods

You will be assessed through completing a portfolio of work.

Further study and career options

On successful completion of this course you can progress on to Health & Social Care Level 3 qualifications at Bedford College.
